I highly recommend David if you’re need of a broker, especially if you’re looking to leave your lease early! We had no choice but to break our lease and needed a replacement tenant ASAP. Though I was worried about the odds of finding someone, David took over and made the whole process seamless. He was extremely calm, collected, and organized, which helped tremendously.
