David is incredibly helpful, responsible and productive in finding me a tenant for my 2b2b condo. I wanted to rent out my Brooklyn apartment when I planned to travel out of states for 5 months, I approached a dozen real estate agents but only David came up with quality renter options. He followed up with leads very responsibly and eventually successfully signed with a very good tenant and close the deal. During this process, he did extra work to manage the smooth transition between the tenant and me. I m very grateful for his work and definitely looking forward to working together next time.
