He was super patient explaining the process and handled everything from the listing, contacting the potential tenants and coordinating the visits. His listing was very good because the apartment went very fast. He is very efficient and very easy to work with.

David is incredibly helpful, responsible and productive in finding me a tenant for my 2b2b condo. I wanted to rent out my Brooklyn apartment when I planned to travel out of states for 5 months, I approached a dozen real estate agents but only David came up with quality renter options. He followed up with leads very responsibly and eventually successfully signed with a very good tenant and close the deal.
